Retail Consignment

Our restaurant / cafe / event venue caters to a wide range of customers of all age groups. Hundreds of people visit every week for our delicious food, drinks, and fun events. Our Retail Room is the first space they encounter when they enter. Our space is beautifully designed, well lit and maintained. 

 

Goblets & Goblins skews towards a nerdy demographic. This means that your products will be seen by individuals who are passionate about geek culture, whether it's gaming, fantasy, sci-fi, or other niche interests. By placing your products in our establishment, you'll be reaching a community of enthusiasts who are actively seeking out items that resonate with their interests.  We also are the top destination for milkshakes and family fun in Newmarket. As such, excited kids and their parents will also be viewing your products while having a great time, dramatically increasing the likelihood of making a purchase.  

We believe that having your products visible in a physical space adds legitimacy to you as a creator, as well as obviously making sales of physical products possible without shipping and associated headache. Compared to attending festivals or shows every weekend, we believe our rental rates are very reasonable, not just on raw cost, but because it frees you up to create more instead of spending hours on a weekend selling products from a tent with rain blowing in sideways and destroying your creations. 

 

We offer four different tiers of retail shelving space across two main types. We have decorative fantasy stylized wall mounted wood shelving with ornate iron brackets and more contemporary black cube shelving. 

All shelf rentals assume a 15% consignment fee on sale price of items sold. This fee does not change at any point in the year.

18" Wall Shelf

$45 / Month

There are a total of 9 shelf sections at 18" length available as depicted here.  The three levels of shelving are identical in footprint dimensions. Shelves are 16" deep. Total surface area is 18"x16".

Note: sections in the inside corner will also get half of the extra space in the back corner with no shelf frontage. Larger items can spread into this space at the back of your shelf. 

20" Wall Shelf

$60 / Month

There are three sections of wall shelf at 20" length.

Note: You will also get half of the extra space in the back corner with no shelf frontage. Larger items can spread into this space at the back of your shelf.

25" Wall Shelf

$80 / Month

There are a total of 6 sections of wall shelf at 25 inches in length. Three are on the left shelf block and three on the right shelf block. 

Note: You will also get half of the extra space in the back corner with no shelf frontage. Larger items can spread into this space at the back of your shelf. 

13" Cube Shelf

$30 / Month

There are 20 total cubes available which are 13" wide and 13" tall. Depth is 15 inches. 

The storage drawers referred to in the Agreement are depicted at the bottom of this image.

Display Case

$30-45-85 / Month

There are a total of 6 shelf sections at various lengths  as depicted here.  The three levels of shelving are identical in footprint dimensions. The top shelf is divided into thirds at 15.33 inches each. The middle shelf halved to 23" segments and the bottom self is one unit. 

The 15.33 " segments are $30 / month.
The 23" segments are $45 / month.

The bottom 46" segment is $85 / month.

The display case is accessible only from the back via sliding doors and can be locked. It has it's own LED strip light illumination to really make item colors pop. 

Additional business card display space is available for all persons renting retail space. This is in a whimsical lego built business card holder by the front door.

NOTE: DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE AGREEMENT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The pricing plans above represent the means of payment for the Goblets & Goblins Consignment Retail. The customer will be separately signing our Retail Service Agreement contract. Core elements of the contract include payment terms, removal of items, policies related to non-payment. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE AGREEMENT.
