Warrior Package

The host can bring their own table decorations and/or balloons. No items may be adhered/taped to walls.

  • upgrade to Pop Bros soda for every guest for $3 per guest

  • Basement is available if count of extra guests brings the total to 15 or more.

Activities:

Guests enjoy playing a custom created Dungeons & Dragons campaign just for your birthday person. You will inform our Dungeon Master of particular areas of interest so that an amazing and memorable adventure can be created. Our expert Dungeon Master will run the entire event. This is essentially the version of the game that adults would play, but tailored to the children attending. For a smaller group, this is the ultimate experience possible.

Other Details

SodaPop Bros flavours vary over time. Potion Series of Mana Potion, Vitality Potion, Command Potion, Clarity Potion are typically always available. Confirm early enough to best ensure you get your preferences.
 

Parents are welcome to stay in the venue and enjoy drinks (adult beverage or otherwise) at separate cost, if table space permits.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment:

  1. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

  2. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the scheduled party date.

  3. We accept payments online using all major credit cards.

Gratuity:

  1. An automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to the invoice total. This is to settle all tipping related to your event before the excitement starts.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  1. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  2. Cancellations made within 4 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

  3. If the birthday party is rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.

Party Details:

  1. The party duration is as specified in the chosen package. Additional hours may be available at an extra cost, subject to availability.

  2. The client is responsible for providing an accurate guest count at least 4 days before the event to ensure proper arrangements for food, drinks and appropriate staffing.

  3. Any special dietary requests or allergies should be communicated in advance.

Use of Facilities:

  1. The client and their guests must adhere to all house rules and policies of the board game cafe during the event.

  2. Any damages to the facilities or board games will be the financial responsibility of the client.

  3. The board game cafe is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Liability:

  1. The board game cafe is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during the party.

  2. All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines while playing board games or using the facilities.

Food and Beverages:

  1. The menu is as described in the chosen package. Any additional food or beverages are subject to an extra charge.

  2. Please notify the board game cafe of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

  3. Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed, except for special dietary or allergy-related items and birthday cake or cupcakes. 

Decorations:

  1. Clients are welcome to bring decorations for their event, but they are limited to balloons and other table top or floor items. Essentially, only things not required to be taped to walls or the ceiling. 

  2. The client is responsible for removing all of their decorations at the end of the party.

Privacy:

  1. Private rooms are provided for the specified duration of the party, and access to other areas of the board game cafe may be restricted during the event.
