Facilitated Team Building
In an era of remote work, teams are more disconnected than ever before. Our game experts will facilitate the event and make sure everyone is up to speed on the game.
We will work with you to identify the goals you wish to achieve for your team and select the most suitable game(s) to produce that outcome. Different games are best suited for promoting conversation, critical thinking, and teamwork.
In addition to our expert facilitation, great food and drinks, fun and conversation is sure to create a stronger team dynamic in your organization.
Even though our posted regular hours has us opening at 4PM every weekday, we often open our doors much earlier to private corporate groups, so you can easily plan your event during office hours and achieve maximum participation instead of trying to get everyone together after the regular work day is over. For larger or longer bookings, we can open earlier just for your group.

Corporate Team Puzzle Building or Custom Trivia
Goblets & Goblins is hosts weekly competitive puzzle building a trivia events with rotating themes. Participants have enjoyed these events so much that they have requested private puzzle building and trivia events for their companies. Fill out the form below to get started.
To give a sense of pricing basics, for trivia the base cost is $100, and $10/person. This covers your custom topic questions, trivia host and private space rental. For competitive puzzle building, the same $10/person for space rental, $75 for your puzzle host, and then specific puzzle cost is extra and dependant on quantity needed. Usually this is 3-4 people per puzzle, depending on the size of your total group, as well as the difficulty level and piece count you prefer.
The Details
Base Cost: $10 / person
This fee covers private room rental and board game use. One of our expert Game Masters can help guide your group to the perfect game for your objectives and be as attentive as you like. If you just want to be set up and take it from there, we are happy to oblige.

Mac & Cheese Tray (large) - $60
Homemade Spinach Dip and Pita - $60
- Scratch made family recipe. A favourite for all of our customers. Pairs perfectly with pita bread also made in-house.

Room Options:
Depending on the desired time and day of the week, different rooms in the venue can be secured for your event. If you are unfamiliar with the venue, please check here to see our varied spaces. Weekday use of the main floor Game Room is now available and can be booked before standard opening hours.
Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment:

To secure a corporate event food order, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking for groups of less than 25. For groups of 25 or more, the non-refundable deposit amount if $200.

We accept payments online using all major credit cards.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 4 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.
Event Details:

The client is responsible for providing an accurate guest count at least 4 days before the event to ensure proper arrangements for food, drinks and appropriate staffing.

Any special dietary requests or allergies should be communicated in advance.
Use of Facilities:

The client and their guests must adhere to all house rules and policies of the board game cafe during the event.

Any damages to the facilities or board games will be the financial responsibility of the client.

The board game cafe is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Liability:

The board game cafe is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during the party.

All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines while playing board games or using the facilities.
Food and Beverages:

Any additional food or beverages are subject to an extra charge.

Please notify the board game cafe of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed, except for special dietary or allergy-related items and birthday cake or cupcakes.
Decorations:

Clients are welcome to bring decorations for their event, but they are limited to balloons and other table top or floor items. Essentially, only things not required to be taped to walls or the ceiling.

The client is responsible for removing all of their decorations at the end of the party.
Privacy:

Private rooms are provided for the specified duration of the party, and access to other areas of the board game cafe may be restricted during the event.
