The G&G Team

Eddi

I’m the founder of Goblets & Goblins and the Co Program Coordinator of our D&D Program for kids.

What I love most about G&G is how it creates a true sense of community, a place where people connect through shared adventures and nerdy passions.

I’m big into Magic The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons, so if you ever want to talk spells, decks, or dungeon crawls, I’m your person.

Silly fact: I once tried to convince a party of 10-year-olds that a talking squirrel was a powerful wizard in disguise. They immediately set it on fire. Zero hesitation.

Jess

Hi, my name is Jess and I’m the Program Coordinator for our D&D Kids Clubs at G&G. I support our awesome DMs and help make the clubs a fun, welcoming space for all kids.

You might also catch me serving tables or mixing drinks behind the bar.

What I love most about G&G is the community and the difference it has made for kids who don’t have a space. Hearing parents talk about the friendships their kids have made, and guests telling us they finally have a place to feel nerdy and welcome. It means the world.

In my free time, I enjoy playing Magic: The Gathering and reading fantasy novels.

Andrea

Hello! I'm Andrea, the creative director and retail manager here at G&G. Sometimes you'll see me behind the bar serving, and sometimes you'll see me glueing Magic cards to the bathroom walls (among other creative things)!

What I love about G&G is the people! Everyone that walks in our door WANTS to be here, and that makes it a very joyous place where people can share their hobbies, interests, and lifestyles free from judgement.

My personal biggest hobby is cosplay! I've been cosplaying for about 20 years now and have learned a plethora of different crafting techniques in that time! Got a cosplay/craft question? I'm your gal to ask!

Fun fact: I'm the artist behind a lot of the G&G merch we have in the store and can't wait to work on more!

Bee

My name is Breanna-Leigh, but you can call me Bee! I am the Media and Public Relations Manager. I oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of media campaigns for digital and direct marketing. Alongside this, I maintain the Front of House operations.

My favourite thing about G&G is the community. Being able to connect with likeminded individuals and have a safe place to express hobbies and interests.

I am an extreme dabbler, nerdom of all sorts. Fan of anime, video gamer, collector of tcg and comics, rpg and craft enthusiast.

I used to run my own business in direct marketing before teaming up with G&G. Now I have bragging rights to having amazing partners-in-crime!

Katie

My name is Katie and I am the Events Coordinator, Bookings Manager, and Dungeons & Dragons Adult Group Organizer.

One of my favorite things about working at Goblets & Goblins is getting to meet patrons with all kinds of nerdy hobbies and passions. I love seeing people light up with enthusiasm or bond over a shared geeky topic. This is a safe space to be geeky and nerdy, and being part of that experience with patrons has been incredible. I love working with my fellow staff members for the same reason. You have to have an unusual passion for something to work here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I have so many nerdy hobbies and interests that it’s hard to pin down just a few. I love anything sci-fi, Lord of the Rings, Dungeons and Dragons, anime, cosplay, Magic: The Gathering, and medieval/Renaissance activities. I am pretty good at thrifting for a proper Renaissance Faire outfit.

I’m a traveler by nature, and a bit of a tumble weed of a person. I’ve lived in the USA and Japan, so Canada is actually my third home. I love to adventure and to hear about other peoples’ escapades too. Like a fey creature, I can be swayed into good conversation about a past quest with a simple walk in the woods (or perhaps some local honey).

Jamie

My name is Jamie and I am the Treasurer and General Manager, creative fixer of things, and doer of the self assigned difficult tasks.

G&G to me is the ideal third place. The space that people choose to spend their time in, outside of home and work/school. Cheers, meets British Pub, but with a modern nerdy flare.

PC RPGs are my jam. I am old enough that I played the original Daggerfall before it was cool. Your parents may have played Vanilla WoW with me, who knows.

I used to make software and now I make D&D room tables, decor, fake stone walls, and scour the world for whimsical objects. If I had the time I would still build with Lego and design aquariums. Always be closing and always be making.

Kenzie

Hi my name is Kenzie, I am the kitchen manager and head chef here at Goblets & Goblins.

My favorite thing about G&G is that we have created a space for creativity not only for our community but also for our staff. Somewhere that brings all kinds of amazing people together.

When I’m not at G&G cooking up delicious meals and desserts, I can be found at home playing video games like Minecraft and the sims, or watching anime.
