About the event
Join us for a focused, creative session designed to keep your fingers typing and pencils moving! Our Creative Writing Sprint is all about momentum — no overthinking, no long pauses, just pure flow. Whether you’re working on a story, novel, or poem, this event helps you build consistency and connect with other local writers.
We’ll start with a short intro and a few quick warm-up exercises to get ideas flowing — from describing your commute to capturing the sounds of the room. Then it’s time for the sprints: 5, 15, and 30 minutes of dedicated writing, with optional prompts for anyone who wants a spark of inspiration. We’ll wrap up with a brief share-and-chat about the process, tips, and maybe a few favourite lines.
Bring your notebook, laptop, or whatever helps you write your best work. Food and drinks will be available to order throughout!
